I can't say enough superlatives about the crew and the entire moving process, from my first meeting with Pat to the move yesterday. Our company, Our Neighborhood Place contracted Morgan Manhattan to receive, inventory, and deliver all of our furniture and fixtures during our building renovation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptional. Dena, our main point of contact, was wonderful to work with—always attentive, responsive, and professional. John, Eric, and Manny were equally outstanding. The receiving and inventory process was seamless, and any items that arrived damaged were promptly reported and handled with care. Pat and Olga were beyond helpful with my quick turnaround of a move/storage request. They made sure the job was able to get done and I’m so grateful for their expertise. Jimmy, Gomez, Walden and Martinez were incredible movers. All very respectful of my space and belongings and made sure to pack everything away correctly and efficiently, double checking with me almost every step of the way.
