Handling an Issue
Scott, Corporate Office I have been a client of MM for almost 20 years with only 1 small issue with a new hire. It was a person who did not meet the high standards of MM I had always experienced. I call the corporate office and spoke with Scott Marshall. I explained my situation and found Scott to be completely engaged and listened with undivided attention. We finished the conversation with Scott committing to looking into the matter. I received a return call by the end of day. His explanation was more than satisfactory, and he offered to be at the warehouse with me if I want to go again. The next time I spoke with Scott the person had been replaced. Scott handled his job with seamless tranquility and yet he did not miss a detail. He demonstrated to me how important the client was to MM without throwing anyone under the bus. That is professionalism.

Great Service
I talks with Miguel, the Warehouse manager at MM in Armonk when it comes to the storing and delivery of our merchandise. Miguel keeps in constant communication with me and is always quick to respond whenever I need assistance. The staff there is extremely professional, and show great punctuality for any deliveries are pickups that I schedule. Miguel works with me and does his due diligence to always make sure I am satisfied. Overall they set the bar high for customer satisfaction
