Morgan Manhattan Review by Sari H.
I've used Morgan Manhattan for a few years now and will never use another moving company again if I can help it. The customer service provided by Morgan Manhattan is incredible. Their willingness to be flexible, their sense of urgency, and attention to detail cannot be beaten. It's truly a white-glove moving company. From the coordinators, to the actual crew members, to everyone in between ...I've never had a bad experience with anyone I've dealt with. We recently had a flood in our apartment and needed to move our family to a temporary living space as well as move many household items into storage while undergoing renovation. Brian Clark and his team showed up at our apartment with just ONE day's notice to assist and were there to service our various moves in/out of temporary living spaces, and in/out of storage at least 6+ times within a 3 month time period. They never got anything wrong or damaged anything. And were such a pleasure to deal with. Cannot say enough good things about Morgan Manhattan.
Morgan Manhattan Review by Karin S.
Very pleased with the Morgan Manhattan team! Have had two recent clients, I'm a home and office organizer, who have moved with the excellent services of Morgan Manhattan. It's extremely important to me that I can refer my clients to reliable and professional services and Morgan Manhattan certainly has risen to the occasion each time. Jimmy led a lovely, careful and respectful team. They were universally very receptive to my client's requests and concerns. Looking forward to sending more clients their way! New York to DC Move
What a team! We had a small but complicated move that started in Manhattan, headed to Putnam County, NY and ended in DC. The Morgan Manhattan team of Jasper, Nelson, Maureen and Rick planned and executed the move like a ballet performance. They were pleasant and fun at every turn and the move happened on time (actually record time) with every single item arriving in perfect condition. Their packing and planning was just right. I can’t thank them or praise the job they did enough.
Professional and Efficient
Great moving experience. I was very happy with all of the people at Morgan Manhattan. They were professional and efficient.
Always Reliable!
Have used Morgan Manhattan a few times, for moves and storage. They are always responsive, professional, and take the stress out of what can be a tense experience. Would highly recommend.
Dina at Morgan was terrific
The week before Christmas is one of the busiest for movers in the interior design industry. In the impossible Christmas week I called Morgan Manhattan and three other moving companies with a special request that they make a delivery for us that involved two stops. Everyone was fully booked. I spoke with Dina at Morgan who was terrific. She said she would really try and within a few hours she had it all arranged. Mind you, we were not a customer...It was our first call. But we will be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you Dina! Julianne from Sandra Oster Interiors.
They were amazing!!
My husband and I relocated to NC and were on a tight time frame. Dan handled everything and made it so easy. Our belongings were expertly packed and arrived on time and in the same condition they were packed in. The guys who helped were friendly and professional. They even helped us out by taking away empty boxes on moving day as we were done with them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers, they were amazing!!
Morgan Manhattan is the Best!
Simply put, Morgan Manhattan is the best! At all levels in all our moves, we continue to be impressed with this company and all who work for it. From those who pack, move, and unpack our belongings with the greatest of care, to those in the warehouse who oversee them, to those who retrieve them for review and sale to third parties, we could not have had greater attention to detail nor more thoughtful and dedicated, personalized attention.
They Were Clearly Committed to their Workmanship
They helped me move from Manhattan to Michigan and were extremely professional. The team who came to load my stuff (boxes and disassembled furniture) packed everything securely. Even the plastic boxes were wrapped in cloth protective wrapping. They were clearly committed to their workmanship and cared about ensuring everything was secure. Everything was completed according to our agreed upon schedule, and nothing was lost or damaged during the move. I would definitely use their services again.
